Returns & Exchanges
Selectio Cultus curates designer and handcrafted products from multiple brands. Most garments available on our platform are made to order or specially handcrafted.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
- No returns or exchanges are offered once an order is placed.
- In case of alterations, we will be happy to assist, subject to brand feasibility.
- For international orders requiring alterations, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. The courier charges for sending the altered product back will be borne by us.
Note:
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Products purchased during a Sample Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or customisation.
- Sample Sale products are delivered as is.
Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on the website are at Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
For international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
- Product prices exclude import duties and local taxes.
- The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges at the time of delivery.

Orders & Cancellations
Selectio Cultus reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed through the website.
As most products are made to order or sourced from independent designers, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after 48 hours.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Partial COD is available with 40% advance payment.
- The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
- COD is available only on orders up to INR 10,000.
Sizing
Sizing may vary depending on the designers, cut, fabric, and style. Some designs are intended to have a relaxed fit, while others are more structured. Customers are advised to refer to the size chart provided before placing an order.
Colours
While we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to screen settings and device displays. Actual product colours may differ slightly from images shown on the website.
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 15–30 days, depending on the designers and product category.
Delays may occur if:
- Complete payment is not received
- Incorrect or incomplete address details are provided
- Measurements or customisation details are missing
- There is no response from the customer
We work with trusted third-party logistics partners; however, delays caused by external service providers are beyond our control.

- Free shipping on all orders within India
International Shipping
- Free shipping on international orders above USD 180
- ₹2,500 shipping charge on international orders below USD 180
